After leaving School David went to BIFHE Catering College in Belfast and was soon advised to apply for a position at Nuremore Hotel. Working under the incredibly talented Raymond McArdle, David worked his way up the kitchen brigade to Chef de Partie. After 5 years it was time for David to gain more experience in pastures new.
