Blasta: Gourmet Street Food was established in early 2017, by Sean Mc Kenna & his partner Nikita Mc Crory. After a 5-year adventure working their way around the world, the pair returned to their hometown to create a farm to fork style street-food themed mobile catering company. In its first year, the business was awarded Ireland's Best Streetfood 2018, by YesChef Magazine based on series of mystery diners. Since then, the business has expanded their fleet, and cater everything from music festivals, corporate lunches & wedding after-parties, as well as running a brick & mortar eatery at a well-known garden center, where the small menu is based around produce grown onsite

 

Their goal? To change the way Irish people think about food, one taco at a time.
