Claire is a scratch baker who puts every effort into selecting the best local produce our county has to give.

Claire stumbled across her talent whilst making a birthday cake for her first child. She has since perfected her techniques and continues to grow and learn. Claire works alongside some of the most prestigious hotels and venues in Monaghan- Castle Leslie Estate, Hillgrove Hotel, The Four Seasons Hotel and The Glencarn Hotel. Her entrepreneurial spirit has taken her from a small scale business that has been driven by determination, hard work, skill, and expertise.
